4. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

Customers are strongly advised to record a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video while opening the package.

For claims related to:

  • Damage
  • Leakage
  • Missing items
  • Incorrect products
  • Tampered packaging

an unboxing video may be required for verification purposes.

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in rejection of the claim.


5. Claim Reporting Timeline

Any issue related to damaged, missing, leaking, or incorrect products must be reported within:

24–48 hours of delivery

Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.

To report an issue, customers must provide:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos/videos
  • Description of issue
  • Unboxing video (recommended or required depending on claim)

6. Refund Approval Process

All refund or replacement requests undergo a verification and review process.

Divyam Herbal reserves the right to:

  • Request additional evidence
  • Reject suspicious or unverifiable claims
  • Limit repeated claims from the same customer/account
  • Approve replacement instead of refund where appropriate
